Shipping policy

Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours of order placed.

Upon dispatch of your order, Koa Living will provide you with tracking information for your delivery via email.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout according to weight. Please contact us for a shipping quote for larger orders.

We use Australia Post and Sendle as our carriers. Express shipping is available Australia wide via Australia Post.  

PLEASE NOTE: Australia Post is experiencing delivery delays. Please see the Australia Post website for any up-to-date information regarding delays & delivery times.

Koa Living accepts no liability for lost, damaged or stolen parcels. If you do however have any problems with your delivery please inform us at koalivingaustralia@gmail.com as soon as is practicable so we can assist you in any way.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND DUTY CHARGES

If you are ordering outside of Australia please be aware of any fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order, as the payment and knowledge of taxes/duties that may apply to your purchase are your (the customers) responsibility and Koa Living cannot be held responsible for any charges.
